Our Story
Opara and Demetrius met on the 31st of October
2022 as friends and began to date a month later.
Demetrius proposed to Opara on the 31st of October 2023, The same day they first met but only a year later because they both knew that they were destined to be together.
Now, they are ready for the next
chapter of their relationship to
begin on the 19th of October 2024.
(It would have been the 31st of
October, but who gets married
on a Thursday.)
Wedding Dress code
Q: Will there be a dress code?
Yes. Dressy casual: Bright colors and patterns, lightweight fabrics, and fun accessories are appropriate.
(No Swimwear: There will be group pictures)
RESORT DRESS CODE: Resort casual by day, resort elegant by night. So while the sun is up, your shorts, tank tops, swimsuits, short-sleeved shirts, sundresses and light slacks are the perfect attire. As the sun sets and you set out to enjoy the evening, proper attire is required (although elegant dress shorts are permitted in some restaurants).

Q: How do i make reservations at the sandals resort?

Q: resort stay requirements?
Sandals resorts are "ADULT ONLY" all-inclusive resorts. Sandals Montego Bay requires a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY (with Dual Occupancy). You must be 18 or older to stay at the resort.
***The average minimum cost for a 3 night stay at Sandals Montego Bay is approximately $2700.00 per couple***

Q: travel requirements?
U.S. citizens are required to present a valid U.S. passport when visiting Jamaica, as well as proof of anticipated departure. At the minimum, your passport MUST be valid for the total time period of your stay. U.S. citizens generally do not need a visa for tourist travel up to 90 days.
Q. TransporTATION to & from the resort?
The resort will provide roundtrip transportation from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) to the resort and back.
*If you decide to stay at a different resort you will need to contact that resort directly for your transportation needs.
Q. Do I have to stay at the resort?
You can stay at a different Hotel, but a Wedding pass would be required to attend the wedding at an additional cost.
DAY PASS: 10AM - 6PM - $180
EVENING PASS: 6PM - 2AM - $180
FULL DAY PASS: 10AM - 2AM - $340
Wedding passes must be purchased via the wedding coordinator.
